DoubleTree by Hilton Williamsburg has updated its 13,300-square-foot ballroom, the largest in the market, where associations can host meetings in Colonial Williamsburg for up to 1,600 attendees.

The President’s Ballroom, located in the 48,000-square-foot conference center at DoubleTree by Hilton Williamsburg, seats 1,600 theater style, 1,100 for receptions, 1,000 for banquets with rounds of ten, and 900 classroom style.

Elevated, 14-foot ceilings add to the ambience of the ballroom, known for hosting some of the area’s most significant meetings and events.

Nestled in a forested setting in Colonial Williamsburg, the 295-room DoubleTree by Hilton Williamsburg offers 31 flexible meeting and event spaces, each enhanced in late 2013 as part of a property-wide renovation. Guestrooms, the hotel’s lobby and public areas also were transformed.
